Founded in 2008, at Youth Stars our mission is to empower and nurture youth by creating a safe and inclusive environment where they can freely express themselves and unleash their potential without prejudice. Through impactful programming and events supported by stakeholders, we aspire to cultivate their social and life skills, instill healthy living habits, and foster mental and physical well-being and self-esteem . We are dedicated to building a community where every young individual can thrive, learn, and contribute positively to society.

MALIK SHAHEED

Malik Shaheed is a community advocate and media personality who has interviewed the likes of Kanye West, P!nk, Beyoncé, Eminem, 50cent, Jay Z, and many more. He is a former MusiquePlus VJ that has also worked on Virgin Radio, CityTV, CJAD Radio and Bell Media. Malik founded Youth Stars in 2008 to empower youth through leadership and personal growth programs. His work has positively impacted thousands of young people. Beyond this, Malik is a reputable school commissioner (school trustee) and is a respected media figure who uses his platform to promote empowerment and positivity. His contributions have earned him national recognition and motivation to inspire others.
